Leave feeling uplifted, resourced, and empowered
Expand your capacity to support clients for lasting change from the inside out.
Feel inspired by how you can creatively support clients with Polyvagal-informed therapies including the Safe & Sound/Rest & Restor Protocols
Topics include:
Neurobiology of homeostasis
Attachment and relational resonance
Developmental movements & healing
Facial feedback hypothesis
Respiratory vagal neural exercises to improve the vagal healing system.
Learning becomes embodied through experience.
Come learn, renew, and connect with our 2-day Polyvagal Immersive Workshop Retreat for Practitioners.
Limited spaces are available, so register early to secure your spot.
When: March 28th-29th, 2026. Enjoy a "Welcome evening" on Friday, 27th.

Who: All experienced Polyvagal Informed and SSP or RRP trained practitioners, as well as those curious to learn.
Polyvagal Theory emphasises that face-to-face connection is a powerful, essential ingredient for deep attunement, learning, creative collaboration, and personal and professional growth. Our workshop retreat provides the safety and connection to grow and learn together.
Learn practical Polyvagal-Informed exercises & SSP implementation
Being in nature has been shown to optimise our nervous system for well being and learning. Our workshop retreat focuses on experiential learning in a safe, inclusive space. We will have time to share stories, connect, practice, play and learn.
Group discussions about supporting clients with Neurodiversity, FND, Trauma, Children & Families, and Chronic Health Conditions.
Short presentations about Relational Resonance, Homeostasis and regulation, Attachment and Developmental Movements, and Respiratory Vagal Neural exercises.
Explore the SSP in natural surrounds
Experience the SSP like never before. Surrounded by nature, group connection, and during equine-facilitated experiences. Practitioners have reported experiencing the most significant shifts from completing the SSP during group listening sessions.
Leave inspired to think creatively about how you support clients with the SSP or RRP.
The SSP resources the vagal system for a deeper relational resonance to self and others. Expand your neuroception for "Sensing in" and being "With" as essential SSP elements for holding space.
You will learn:
SSP Extended Protocol.
Should I start with the SSP or RRP?
What is the RRP, and how is it different from the SSP?
SSP or RRP session flow.
Titration to your client's needs.
How to combine the SSP and RRP to support clients.
Dr Porges' early work involved understanding the cardio-vagal system and homeostasis. He developed HRV measures that indirectly assess vagal tone. Learn an introduction to polyvagal-informed heart rate variability applied to SSP and RRP.
Learn cardiovagal resonance breathwork and a Polyvagal-informed breathwork approach to expand neural flexibility. Polyvagal breath work supports SSP/RRP implementation.
Understand the vagus in the Gut-Brain axis and health and wellbeing.
Benefits of coming together in person:
1. Deeper Connections
In-person interactions foster stronger relationships, rapport, and authentic moments of connection that often lead to meaningful collaboration and lasting professional networks.
2. Open Communication
Real-time dialogue to clarify ideas, ask questions, and engage in thoughtful conversations that deepen understanding.
3. Hands-On Learning
Live, experiential practice brings theory to life. Applying new ideas in a supportive setting encourages deeper learning, greater confidence, and ease in carrying over into practice.
Deepen your self-awareness and understanding of non-verbal communication and body language.
4. Creative Collaboration
Creativity flows more naturally, and spontaneous ideas are shared. Group problem-solving often leads to innovative breakthroughs.
5. Shared Energy and Focus
A unique energy emerges when like-minded people gather with a shared purpose. That energy boosts motivation, facilitates learning and helps build a sense of community.
Gathering in person cultivates a sense of belonging.
